(laboratory or in the field at the drilling site). The unit should have the following components and meet the stated technical specification. This equipment shall conform to IS 8764 : 2019.
  • Shall be hand operated to suit both for field and laboratory testing.
  • Maximum operating load – 100 kN.
  • Conical loading platens as per IS : 8764.
  • The frame shall have adequate adjustment to align perfectly the loading axis passing through the centre of the bearing plates and loading platens at all the positions of the ram of the hydraulic jack.
  • Digital indicator with sensor 100 kN capacity with a least count of 0.01 kN.

  4. The distance between two conical platen is adjustable by vertical movement of the upper plate of the load frame.
  5. Loading jack with Digital pressure gauges of 0‑100 KN X 0.01 KN Resolution
  6. Maximum sample size : 4″ (101.6 mm)
