Vertex Industrial Muffle Furnace Double walled chamber, Inner made of 4 Nos., similitude refractory slabs and outer made of cold rolled mild steel sheets finished in powder coating. Insulation by ceramic fibre blankets to minimize the radiation heat loss. Double walled insulated door mounted on heavy duty hinges is provided with effective locking arrangements. Heating elements will be kanthal A1 coil placed at the outside of the muffle.. Temperature is maintained and controlled by a digital temperature controller working in conjunction with thermocouple placed in the hot zone. Supplied complete with control panel.

OVERVIEW

  • Heating Element – A1 Grade Kanthal Coil.
  • K type Thermocouple should be used as the temperature sensor to withstand for high heat environment and having an accuracy of ± 50C.
  • It should have a minimum Ramping Rate of 50C / min.
  • Temperature range for the whole system should be 50 0C to 1100 0C.
  • Chamber Capacity / Volume – atleast 12 liters.
  • Voltage rating- 220-230 V.
  • Temperature controller type – PID Controller.
  • Inner Chamber with a base of high temperature resistant bricks. All other sides lined using high temperature resistant Zirconia blended Alumina with Ceramic Fiber blankets.
  • Electronic items like Switch gears, solid state thyristor, cables should be provided in good quality material.
  • Programmable (profile) temperature controller – Required.
  • Safety device – Over temperature protection should be provided to ensure safety of Equipment.
  • Exterior MOC – Mild steel powder coated.
  • Standard accessories include 1 pair of heat resistant gloves and suitable tongs should be supplied
