Construction Details:

Refractory:
- Internal refractory lining made of Hot Face,, High Alumina, Refractory Fiber insulation backed by low heat capacity.
- Ceramic fiber insulation of different grades with fan cooling for low skin temperature.
Heating Element:
Furnace is Equipped with Matched set of Silicon Carbide Heating Elements, which are horizontally mounted, radiate directly on both sides of the Heating Cavity to derive symmetrical heat distribution.
