The Discharge Through Venturimeter & Orificemeter apparatus consists of two pipelines emerging out from a common manifold. One pipeline contain a Venturimeter and the other contains an Orifice. The pressure tapings from the Venturimeter and orifice meter are taken to a differential manometer to measure pressure difference. The Venturimeter and Orificemeter are connected in parallel and any one of them can be put in operation by operating valves provided at the downstream. The flow can also be regulated by these valves. The set-up can be connected to Hydraulic Bench with flexible pipeline.

The Venturimeter & Orificemeter is a device used to measure the flow in a pipe. This apparatus is used to determine the coefficient of discharge. The system is closed circuit.

This apparatus consists of metallic/venturimeter & Orificemeter. The openings from inlet and throat are connected to U tube mercury manometer to measure the head difference.

The whole setup is self-contained water re-circulating unit well designed and arranged in a good quality painted structure.
