Compliance with following International Standards:

EN 196-3, BS – 6463

Working Principle:

Water bath capable of containing immersed Le-Chatlier moulds with specimens and of raising their temperature from 27 °C ± 2 °C to boiling in 27 ± 3 minutes.

Brief Construction Details:

  1. Made of double walled construction
  2. Outer body made of Mild steel material which is powder coated in attractive shades.
  3. Inside Chamber is made of stainless steel material – 304
  4. Gap between the inside chamber and outer body wall is filled by glass wool insulation to avoid direct heat losses.
  5. Heating is achieved by means of kettle type heating elements with self ejection device in case of dry running.
  6. The heater is easily replaceable.
  7. The bath can accommodate Twelve (12) Le-chatlier moulds at a time in the manner prescribed in IS/ASTM/BS specifications.
  8. Complete with three core wire and 15 Ampere 3-pin top.
  9. Supplied complete with stand to place 12 Le-Chatlier Moulds, as directed by the standard requirements.
  10. Operates on : 230 Volt, 50 HZ, 1 Phase, AC Supply
  11. Temperature range : 5 °C above ambient – 100 °C
  12. Temp indicator : Digital
  13. Rated capacity : 2000 W
