OVERVIEW

The equipment consists of a Stainless Steel Pressure Vessel with an insulated outer shell, fabricated out of high-quality Stainless Steel Sheet. The pressure inside the vessel is controlled through a microprocessor-based PIO controller.

The equipment is supplied complete with spring-loaded safety valve pressure gauge, PIO controller with RTO for control of the Heater unit.

Cement Autoclave is available with Analog pressure Gauge & Digital temp controller.

CEMENT AUTOCLAVE FOR TESTING SOUNDNESS OF CEMENT AT BALANCED STEAM PRESSURE WITH THE STABLE TEMPERATURE.

A Cement Autoclave is used by cement manufacturing companies to determine soundness & expansion test of cement samples. This method helps the manufacturers to assess the quality, strength and uniformity of the various chemical compositions of cement specimens.

Our Cement Autoclave provides an accelerated means of estimating delayed expansion of Portland cement caused by hydration of calcium oxide, Magnesium Oxide, or both. Heating is done through two barriers. The control boards contain a pressure device with controller included thermostat and on/off switches for moderate setting the autoclave is fixed with security tap.

The unit is designed to handle pressure in the 60-350 psi (0.4 -2.4 MPa) range and consists of steam vessel, pressure regulator, pressure gauge (0-600psi), air vent valve, power switches, and a safety pop valve set at 350 psi.

Semi Automatic Pressure Control Switch- This semi-automatic device controls the pressure inside the chamber mechanically and cuts-off the current from the heating elements, when the desired/ set pressure value level is attained inside the chamber and restarts the mechanism once the pressure inside the chamber falls from the desired level.

Mechanical Timer With alarm System – This is a semi-automatic device which is initiated once the pressure level inside the chamber reaches the desired value, it regulates the sterilization time of the media to be sterilized and when the desired time is passed, it activates the buzzer, which indicates that the sterilization cycle is complete and media can be extracted.

Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller – This device indicates the temperature inside the chamber.
